Online coaching 

How does it work?

Step 1: The consultation, Learning about your goals and your body.

Step 2: Receive your training plan tailored towards your goal and experience. (including nutrition blueprint for your dietary needs).

Step 3: Through my online coaching app your progress will be monitored, receive weekly chat or video feedback alongside on going support.

Personal training

1-1 Personal training at JD gyms, Edgelane, Liverpool offering a wide range of strength, functional and cardiovascular facilities. 

Each training session is 1 hour long and tailored towards your goal. Most importantly, I will teach you how to perform exercises with correct form and technique.

Thomas Gallagher PT. He is not only teaching me to weight train but is teaching me to eat and that has always been a challenge... I would recommend Tom he's amazing and I look forward to my fitness journey with him and the results it's only been a week and I feel so good Legend.

I took out my frustration on the tire with a sledgehammer.. and the punchbag I've left feeling so much better! sweaty ..sore ..but accomplished!!
